Factory engine covers are prone to cracking during a crash. Having a crash protector on your engine cover may make the difference between crashing out for the day, or being able to pick up the bike and ride it away. This kit installs in the right engine cover on your Honda and moves the point of impact and abrasion away from the engine cover itself. When used in conjunction with frame sliders it will help you avoid engine cover cracking, oil leaks, etc., after sustaining a crash.
